Range – Citrus Peel

Add extra zing to your puddings, cakes and buns with delicious Angas Park Citrus Peel.  Traditionally used in hot cross buns at Easter time and fruit cakes at Christmas, Citrus Peel can also be baked in biscuits or added to ice-cream for a tangy citrus flavour.

Storage Conditions

Recommended to store in a cool, dry, clean and well-ventilated environment away from strong odours.  Ideal storage temperature is between 10–15 degrees Celsius, with relative humidity below 50%.
