Peach, Ginger and Lime Jam

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g Angas Park Dried Peaches, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • grated zest of 1 lime
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar

Method

  1. Place peaches, ginger, lime zest, water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Puree until smooth.
  2. Place in a container and leave to set in the refrigerator.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
